My item was damaged during shipment...

Please kindly send me an email at hello@lindseykayco.com, that includes your order number and a picture of your damaged item! I will get a replacement out to you as soon as I can!

Refunds/Exchanges...

Unfortunately, I live in a small apartment running my small business with my golden retriever Winnie, so I don't have any place to store inventory.

ALL orders are fulfilled as they come in one by one, so at this time I can not accept returns OR exchanges. But please email me at hello@lindseykayco.com if you have an issue and I am happy to work with you to find a solution!

My order is lost...

I provide tracking for all orders. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout. Please email me at hello@lindseykayco.com if you did not receive tracking. Also please check your spam folder!

Before emailing me about your lost order... Please contact the carrier first, since it is out of my control. Also please keep in mind, all mail carriers are taking (at times) up to 3 weeks to deliver packages, so please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping speed. Your patience is appreciated!
